Ingredients:
8 dates
1 handful of nuts of your choice
1 tbsp peanut butter (or any other 100% nut butter)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp vegetable milk (optional)
Coconut flakes for coating
Preparation:
Blend the dates with a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend everything into a sticky mass that can be easily formed by hand. If the consistency is too firm, thin it a bit with a shot of vegetable milk. If the consistency is too liquid, simply add more nuts or cocoa powder. Shape into balls by hand and roll in coconut flakes. Ready to eat or serve for the next coffee break!
