From Hobby to Vocation
I remember playing restaurant as a kid, making a salad out of gras in my grandma's garden and serving it to my family. Or how I changed every ice cream dessert in the restaurant into my own creation.
In the progress of studies, job and daily life, my interest in healthy nutrition took a bit of a back seat. However, cooking together with friends and many travel experiences sowed many seeds that would later blossom.
After my world trip, I knew: I want to learn more about nutrition and decided to do more studies to become a nutritionist. The intensive study of the subject had a very positive influence on my eating habits and lifestyle, and I realized what an enormous impact a conscious diet has on life.
I began to enjoy cooking again, integrated yoga and meditation into my daily routine, and realized the potential that could be unlocked through small, daily habits.
It was during my one-year journey by campervan through France, Spain and Portugal when I realized that cooking is more than just a hobby for me. My mobile camping stove and basic cookware were enough to prepare a wide variety of meals at any time using fresh ingredients from regional markets.
Likewise, being close to nature confirmed me in one thing above all: that the knowledge of healthy nutrition is in all of us. My journey was thus also a journey into the origins of Ayurveda.
I so much enjoyed cooking for everyone I met in my journey. During couchsurfing in various places and a few weeks at the yoga center in Andalusia, I had the greatest joy cooking for others, whether it was as part of a dinner with friends or for a buffet of 30 people.
With my recipes on this website and my cooking events, I want to inspire people to become creative themselves and to integrate a conscious diet into their life.

With my background as nutritionist,
I offer cooking courses with a focus on Ayurveda. I will share with you basic cooking methods to create delicious, healthy meals, that are balanced in nutrients and taste, and prepared with love.
Yoga Classes
With 7 years of yoga experience and yoga teacher training in India, I teach yoga classes in Hatha yoga, Yin Yoga and various relaxation methods.
1:1 Coaching
Would you like to better integrate yoga or healthy diet into your everyday life? I will support you with 1:1 coaching or
1:1 yoga sessions and give you practical tips that meet the individual needs of your body.
