This smoothie simply makes you happy! Not only because of the pink-red color, but also thanks to the sweet-fresh taste with a hint of mint. The perfect energy kick on warm summer days.
Ingredients:
300 g red berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries or a berry mix, can be frozes as well)
1 banana
2 glasses of red fruit juice (e.g. currant juice, or a juice mix)
a few leaves of fresh mint
Cinnamon
Preparation:
Put everything in a food processor to blend. Serve in beautiful glasses and decorate with a mint leaf.
