Ingredients:
1 apple
5 tbsp oatmeal
2 tbsp nuts of your choice or nut mix
1 pinch of ginger
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 squeeze of lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Grate the apple and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix with the oatmeal, nuts and spices. Form into balls. Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees celcius for about 25 minutes.
